Torsion of a Uterine Leiomyoma: A Case Report and Review of the LiteratureDOI: 10.4137/CMWH.S6780 Abstract: A 55 year-old woman presented with abdominal pain. Transvaginal ultasonography demonstrated an enlarged fibroid uterus. There are fewer than 10 cases reported in the literature of torsion of a uterine leiomyoma.
