Study on Protein Detection Method in Qingkailing Injection
清开灵注射液中杂蛋白的检测方法研究

This study was aimed to establish a method for determining protein content in Qingkailing Injection. Biuret colorimetry was used to determine the protein which had been precipitated by trichloroacetic acid. SDSpolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was used to determine the molecular weight of the protein. The results showed that molecular weight of protein in Qingkailing Injection is between 3 KD to 7 KD. It was concluded that SDS-PAGE can be used to determine the protein in Qingkailing Injection. This method is simple and rapid.
