Investigation on Chromatogram-pharmacodynamics Relationship of Three Kinds of Xiao-Yao Formula on the Effect of Shu-Gan-Jie-Yu
逍遥方3种制剂疏肝解郁功效的谱效关系研究

This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between HPLC fingerprint of three kinds of agents and the effect of Shu-Gan-Jie-Yu, and to provide both theory and data basis for an innovative approach of quality control of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). HPLC was introduced to analyze fingerprint of three kinds of agents, namely the traditional pill, herbal decoction and new formulation. Complex etiology model was used to study the pharmacological effects. Correlation between fingerprint and effect of Shu -Gan -Jie -Yu were identified using grey relational analysis. The results showed that chemical components representing a contribution to pharmacy dynamics were ordered by representative spectrum: new formulation > herbal decoction > traditional pill. It was concluded that the process of new agent is reasonable and the quality is stable. The evaluation of Xiao-Yao formula has an important value on the research and development of classic formula.
