Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate diagnostic value of hepatic cell carcinoma(HCC) in background of cirrhosis with two different contrast agents and compare their different perfusion patterns.Methods Sixteen HCC SD rats were randomly classified into two groups and were scanned with SonoVue or Opeison individually.All the contrast-enhanced ultrasound images were compared with final pathological findings.The perfusion procedure and enhanced pattern of two agents were analysed.Results There were 60 nodules in this study ...
