Fruit and Shoot Growth Trends of Blueberry
越橘果实及新梢生长发育的动态变化

The variations of berries and shoots during development of blueberries were studied by testing in the field and laboratory in this experiment,cultivars from early-maturing,mid-maturing and late-maturing during growing season were studied.The results showed that: The variations of blueberry fruits were consistent,which were "rapid growth-slow growth-rapid growth";The variations of bluerry spring shoots were "rapid growth-slow growth-completed growth";The variations of basal shoots were different.The variations of Duke and Elliot basal shoot were consistent,which were "extremely slow growth-rapid growth-slow growth".The growth of Bluecrop basal branches occured in two separate stages,spring and autumn basal shoots were characterized by a period of extremely slow growth and rapid growth.
