Evaluation on Integrated Management of Coal Mine Safety Production Risk Basic on the Utility Engineering

Based on the integrated management pattern of risk management which is combined with time, target and safety producing domains, Utility Engineering Method has been adopted to evaluate the effectiveness of organization as the core integration from three dimension: effectiveness of integrated process, object and information, providing the utility engineering method to integrated risk management, which demonstrates the validity of integrated risk management by evaluation on seven coal mines of H companies.
