LEVEL EVALUATION MODEL OF STUFF DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Today the key to the successful development of an enterprise is a strategic staff management, which in author's opinion, has as the main direction, the staff development. However, the effective use of employees’ labor potential without knowing their qualification level, evaluation of their professional experience, personal qualities and their contribution to the final results of production activity is impossible. In this regard, the harmonious combination of permanent staff development and periodic assessment of its level gets the particular importance.Therefore, there is a need to develop the determination methods of staff development level that could combine elements of quantitative and qualitative assessment, will be complex and will allow determining an employee qualification more accurately, analyzing his professional competences and personal characteristics more thoroughly, determining labor potential development reserves and combining the need for staff development and enterprise strategic goals harmonically.The suggested model of estimation of staff development level is a core of an enterprise strategic management system as designed not only to define, control, comprehensively develop professional and qualification level of personnel, to identify the weaknesses of an enterprise performance, to develop effective training programs and ways of motivation for employees, increasing their interest to the development of their own potential, competences, creativity and general mobilization of forces for the strategic development of an enterprise but also to show the productivity growth potential and competitiveness, the achievement of management strategic goals and maximum efficiency of an enterprise.
