The Motor Learning Process in Humans: Down and Up

Outstanding Russian scientist N.A. Bernstein entitled his greatest work “On Construction of Movements”. This is verycharacteristic, because his theory concerns not only motor control, but also movement patterns formation, in phylogenetic,ontogenetic and pedagogical perspective. Thus, the word “construction” is much more suitable than “control”. Thepresented paper is an attempt to adopt the “Bernstein’s ladder”, i.e. five-level movements’ construction system invented byBernstein, to description of motor performances learning in humans.
