Synthesis of new 1H-1,2,3-triazole-1,4-naphthoquinones Síntese de novos 1H-1,2,3-triazol-1,4-naftoquinonas

Abstract:

In this work, were synthesized new 1H-1,2,3-triazole-1,4-naphthoquinones via 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction using CuI/acetonitrile without addition of base or ligand. The compounds (3a-i) were obtained in moderate-to-good yields 45-92%. To prepare (3d), we obtain a mixture of (3d) and (4) in a ratio 3:1, that it was difficult to separate. The low yield for the compound (3f) can be also justified based in the formation of aminonaphthoquinone (4). The acetylation of (3h) and (3i) afforded the compounds (5) and (6) in 77% and 35% of yields, respectively. The low yield of (6) was due to formation of 35 % of the elimination product (7). Neste trabalho foram sintetizados novos 1H-1,2,3-triazóis-1,4-naftoquin nicos via rea o de cicloadi o 1,3-dipolar sem adi o de base ou ligante. Os compostos (3a-i) foram obtidos em rendimentos de moderados a bons 45-83% (Esquema 1). Na prepara o de (3d) obtivemos uma mistura de (3d) e (4) numa propor o de 3:1, de difícil separa o. O baixo rendimento para o composto (3f) pode ser também justificado pela forma o da aminonaftoquinona (4). A acetila o de (3h) e (3i) forneceu os compostos (5) e (6) em rendimentos de 77% e 35%, respectivamente (Esquema 2). O baixo rendimento de (6) foi devido à forma o de 35% do produto de elimina o (7).
