Balancing Author and Publisher Rights / Yazar ve Yay nc lar n Haklar n Dengeleme

[English abstract]As open access gains momentum, more and more scholarly authors are trying to retain the rights they need to authorize open access. At the same time, many publishers continue to demand transfer of copyright and resist author demands to retain key rights.
