Modeling MEMS With Matlab’s Simulink

Matlab’s Simulink has been used to simulate a dynamic feedback MEMScomprising a generator with field winding, mechanical shaft system and encoderas well as a feedback to a referenced signal. The model of this system has beensuggested used in Simulink for simulation.
