Moreover, the essence of the last decades’ changes in Central and Eastern Europe followed naturally the democratic evolution, as well as the state of justice. Therefore, the concept of civil society has a special significance, and in order to understand its deep meaning a more through investigation, a comparative analysis and its compulsory historical survey should be taken into account.
