The approach to the case of rarely seen adult morque syndrome at emergency service

Acute abdomen examination, its diagnosis and treatmentinclude some difficulties at emergency clinics. The group ofpatients, who have self-expression problem, is also one of thesedifficulties. Because of the opportunities available in today’smedicine, patients who have severe congenital malformationshave increased survival, so, such kinds of patients can alsoapply to adult emergency clinics. Diagnosis, follow-up andtreatment phases of this patient group present quite a lot ofdifferences when compared to other patient groups. The aimof this presentation was to discuss a case of morque syndromepatient who came to our emergency clinic with the complaintsof nausea, vomit, nuisance for 4 days and got the diagnosis ofetrangule umbilical hernia with literature.
