Basic Approach to the analysis of competitive economy Regions (Illustrated the Central Federal District)

The paper considers the concept of regional competitiveness as an economic category, the basic analysis of the competitiveness of hiking the regional economy, as the resulting assessment of the level of competitiveness of the economy of the region analyzed in the consolidated budgets of the Central District for the period 2008 - 2011.
