National Security vs. Human Security.

Insofar as the National Security grows in points of the State’s protection and also on its own conservation through the fight against the real enemies and against the suppositions which put in danger its sovereignty, the State neglects or contradicts the Human Security, which puts the attention of the international organisms on human beings and on their specifics circumstances, and overcoat on their human rights. Therefore, the Human Security constitutes a subtle challenge on the traditional concept of States’ sovereignty, where from comes the traditional use of National Security.
