Biosecurity Policies and Counterterrorism cooperation in North America: Mexico and Canada in the U.S. Sight.

In the Biosecurity and counterterrorism subject, Mexico and Canada are committed to the United States who watch them, support them, and sometimes pressure on them to harmonize counter(bio)terrorism laws and an effective security cooperation framed in Bush Doctrine to defend the interests and U.S. National Security disguised as Regional Security. This causes a detriment to the sovereignty of neighboring countries and promotes a process of militarization in North America's deteriorating the respect for human rights and the rule of law.
