La corrupció, una amena a per la democràcia [Corruption, a threat to democracy]

This article deals with institutional corruption in constitutional states from a jurist’s point of view. After looking at some rather striking examples worldwide and measures taken by the United Nations to combat corruption, the author focuses on Spain and, in particular, on abuses by local authorities where town planning is concerned.
