La traducció de la terminologia legal en la pel·lícula Saving Grace [Solving Translation Problems in Saving Grace]

This article aims at analysing the translations given to legal terms in film fiction. The film under study cannot be categorised as a trial thriller. It allows, however, for a study of strategies and techniques which may be used in analising legal culturemes out of its natural arena, the legal context. As a conclusion, it may be said that a foreignising strategy will not necessarily lead to word-by-word translation, always provided that those are not suitable for conveying the text's communicative purpose.
