Leistungsorientierte Mittelvergabe an der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover: Praxisbericht der Bibliothek / Performance-related bonuses at Hannover Medical School: practical experience report of the library

Since 2008 the Library of the Hannover Medical School collects and execute the publication data of the scientific staff for calculation of “performance-related bonuses” in the array publications. The practical experience report deals with the incoming routines from the data-collection to the calculation of the funds.
