Abstract:

Outsourcing is nowadays common thing and that not only in the world of IT technologies. There is lot of methodologies and procedures, how to set up a successful outsourcing relationship. Nevertheless there are still a lot of projects which are unsuccessful. Many clients says according to surveys that they are not satisfied with their provider, but when we look into SLAs is everything fulfilled. Is Possible for outsourcing to be a source of innovation? If yes, how to make provider to provide innovation? What has the Customer’s organisation do to successfully implement outsourcing relationship? What is the impact of outsourcing on organisation’s processes? How to successfully manage outsourcing relationship? Which processes should be set up for successful outsourcing relationship management? How to change approach model to outsourcing so as to fulfil customer’s needs? Goal of this article is to analyse factors leading to outsourcing relationship failure. Next goal is to propose model of approach to outsourcing so as to provide innovation and to define critical success factors for successful outsourcing management.
