FELICIDAD, RESILIENCIA Y OPTIMISMO EN ESTUDIANTES DE COLEGIOS NACIONALES DE LA CIUDAD DE LIMA / HAPPINESS, RESILIENCE AND OPTIMISM IN STUDENTS OF NATIONAL SCHOOLS IN THE CITY OF LIMA

Resumen:El objetivo general del presente estudio fue establecer la relación que existe entre la felicidad, resiliencia y optimismo enestudiantes. La muestra estuvo conformada por 275 estudiantes: 134 varones y 141 mujeres de 15 a 18 a os que cursaban elquinto a o de secundaria en dos colegios nacionales mixtos de la ciudad de Lima, basados en un muestreo no probabilísticode tipo intencional. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de Satisfacción con la vida, la Escala de Resiliencia y laEscala de Orientación hacia la vida - Revisada. Entre los principales hallazgos se encontró que existe una relación altamentesignificativa, en donde se puede apreciar que a mayor resiliencia, mayor optimismo y mayor felicidad. Las implicancias delos resultados han sido discutidas.Abstract:The general objective of the present study was to establish the relation that exists between the happiness, resilience andoptimism in students. The sample was formed by 275 students: 134 men and 141 women of 15 to 18 years that attended thefifth year of high school in two mixed national schools of the city of Lima, based on a non probabilistic sample of intentionaltype. The used instruments were the Scale of Satisfaction with the life, the Scale of Resilience and the Scale of Directiontowards the life - Reviewed. Among the main findings one was that exists a highly significant relation, in where it is possibleto be appreciated that to greater resilience, greater optimism and greater happiness. The implicating of the results has beendiscussed.
