A diminui o da maioridade penal discursivizada em cartuns de Angeli / The decrease of the penal’s majoritary in discoursivity in cartoons of the Angeli

This article aims to study the discoursive functionament of three Angeli s cartoons – originally publicated by Folha de S. Paulo s newspaper in 2007 – about the decrease of the penal′s majority in the Brasil. The way the discoursive memory is worked, the senses and the positionament of subject are specially looked. For this, we will work with the theory of the French Discourse Analysis, created by Michel Pêcheux and Jean Dubois in 1969, and the studies of the Mikhail Bakhtin s theories about dialogism and polyphony, concepts theses that underlies our work. A preliminary analysis points to the emergence of a space of rupture and resistance of the dominant sense which is considered natural and obvious when it comes to decreasing the penal′s majoritary in the country.
