Bemerkungen zu Alexander von Humboldts Russland-Tagebuch

Article in German, Abstracts in English and GermanIn this study the fragment of Alexander von Humboldt’s Siberian personal diary of 1829 is introduced. The evaluation is focussed on Humboldt’s remarks about mineral resources, especially gold and diamonds. Also mentioned are results which Humboldt recorded about geographical, botanical, meteorological, zoological and ethnological questions.
