CHARACTERISTICS OF FRESHMEN OF “CONFLICT RESOLUSION” (SPECIALITY)

The article deals with the characteristics of students who chose the speciality “Conflict Resolution”. The purpose is to show the specific features of psycho-pedagogical work with students on the first step of focusing on the profession and give rich diagnostic and methodological tools for understanding first year students’ characteristics.
