LANGUAGE PATTERNS OF SIBERIAN GERMANS: RESULTS OF THE FIELDWORK IN THE TOMSK REGION

The present article summarizes the results of the fieldwork of the Russian Germans dialects of the Tomsk Region and is aimed to show what the informants who adopted the German dialect as their mother tongue while the Russian lan-guage was learnt as a foreign one think about these languages and other lan-guages they know or have come in contact with in their lives, what are their opin-ions and emotions concerning these languages. Language material was analyzed by both qualitative and quantitative methods.
