Concerning enhancement potential of the North Caucasus and the Chechen republic

The article dwells upon the problem of enhancement of North Caucasus societies, ethnic groups and na-tions. The author elaborates various premises and factors of success and obstacles of this process, as well as conflicts of modernization under conditions of globalization and Russian society transformation.
