Management of the border region innovative development on the base of its budgetary potential assessment

In the article the authors form the authors vision of the category of budgetary potential on the basis of preliminary analysis of existing approaches to defining this category, and scientific-methodical bases of border region budgetary potential assessment are proposed, in particular in the direction of conducting the policy of innovative development.
