O objetivo desse artigo é refletir a territorialidade e a forma o de clusters territoriais. A ideia de território transcende o puramente econ mico é uma estratégia territorial e exige o aproveitamento das oportunidades e a cria o de sinergias entre empreendedores, institui es e a própria sociedade. Promover e estimular clusters territoriais n o s o suficientes para estimular o processo de desenvolvimento socioecon mico, mas é um passo decisivo para se fortalecer a coopera o entre os agentes econ micos e construir novas territorialidades. The purpose of this paper is to study the territoriality and the formation of territorial clusters.The idea goes beyond the purely economic territory. A territorial strategy requires the use of the opportunities and synergies between entrepreneurs, institutions and society. Promoting and encouraging territorial clusters are not enough to stimulate the process of socioeconomic development, but it is a decisive step to strengthening cooperation among economic agents and building new territoriality.
