Comparisons of Theoritical Binary Models

This paper discusses the theory of logit, probit and linear probability models. A comparison of the models' performance in terms of parameter βk was done using the method of maximum likelihood and weighted least squared method. Several other comparison of tests are shown such as multicollinearity, residual test, hypothesis testing, goodness of fit test dan diagnosis of influential data and outliers.
