Abstract:

This article deals with teacher training and planning. The article is a research problem: what is the role ofplanning in teacher education, to improve the teaching and learning in the classroom? The overall objective is tostudy the significance and ways of structuring the teaching plan. Specific objectives: to study on teacher training,and understand how to organize the planning of the classroom. In the present study, we adopted the methodologyof literature through three stages of work: literature, annotations and construction of the theoretical. The results of thisresearch indicated that teacher training is an ongoing process that happens in the teacher's own daily practice andparticipation in various events and courses. The interactive approach to training and reflective presupposes theconcept of reflection in action and the action of making teaching in the classroom, which can be worked throughplanning. In carrying out the planning of the classroom is important for teachers to establish an operationalmark, a diagnosis and a schedule of actions to be performed, involving objectives, strategies, standards and ongoingactivities.
