SYSTEM OF ACTIONS FOR THE TEACHERS-TRAINING IN ORDER TO MANAGE THE DIRECTIVE' TRAINING PROCESS IN LAS TUNAS, PROVINCE OF CUBA ABSTRACT / SISTEMA DE ACCIONES PARA LA PREPARACIóN DE PROFESORES DE LAS ESCUELAS RAMALES EN LAS TUNAS PARA ATENDER LA PREPARACIóN DE DIRECTIVOS Y RESERVAS

The training and excel of the directives answers to the Cuban State directives′ politics and by this means they are given the abilities to efficiently direct. During this training, the qualification is organized as a system of four essential components and a Principal Strategy which is present in all the qualification actions. The each ministry schools have a major role regarding the performance of this strategy, and it is required to view the ideological and political preparation as the main role in the management of the educational processes. As a contribution, a System of Actions is provided. This will elevate the quality of professors training of these schools. The implementation of some actions and the opinion of some specialists about the proposal feasibility demonstrate the necessity of their application Las Tunas province.
