k-* Paranormal composition operator

In this article, composition operators and weighted composition operator of mbox{$k$-$^*$ Paranormal} operators,$(M,k)^*$ class of operators and their adjoints are characterized in $L^2$ spaces.We also discuss the relationship between $(M,k)^*$ class and mbox{$k$-$^*$ Paranormal} operators.
