Health care for people at high cancer risk – Insurance aspects

Genetic testing for late onset disease like cancer might lead to discrimination. In France for health insurance, due to its structural organization and legal constraints (2002), the threat is theoretically almost impossible or mainly avoided. However, financial coverage for screening test such as MRI or chromo-endoscopy deserves additional regulation and rules.
