PHRENIC NERVE PALSY AFTER SUPRACLAVICULAR BRACHIAL PLEXUS BLOCKKeywords: phrenic nerve , anatomic variation , supraclavicular block Abstract: A 67 year old male patient was scheduled for implant removal from right upper limb under supraclavicular block. During procedure patient develops right phrenic nerve palsy & complains of dyspnea which was managed conservatively and no intervention done except chest x-ray for confirming the diagnosis. Surgeons completed the implant removal without any invasive intervention or interruption.
