Chemical and biological warfare has been employed for hundreds, and probably thousands, of years in ways that might now be considered “primitive.” Modern advances in science and technology makewarfare by such means a greater threat today. Bioterrorism for short is one of the main threats of the 21st century because terrorist groups may obtain and deploy biological and chemical weapons.
