Abstract:

We present the case of a 68-year-old male with four primary malignant neoplasms detected both metachronously and synchronously. He was admitted to our clinic with left upper cervical and inguinal masses. He had been diagnosed with kidney cancer five years ago and underwent nephrectomy. He was treated with hormonotherapy for metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma for one year. Malignant melanoma was detected on his left toe, and amputation was done three months ago. The results of cervical and left inguinal lymph node biopsy revealed diffuse B large cell lymphoma and metastasis of malignant melanoma, respectively. R-CHOP regimen was started as the lymphoma treatment. Pathological assessment of newly detected lesions in multiple primary cancer cases is important for the treatment approach.
