A Performance Evaluation Model of M&A of Listed Companies Based on Rough Sets and Dynamic Fuzzy Dependence Relation

This paper studies the performance of Merger and Acquisition (M&A) of listed companies.Combine the rough set theory with the dynamic fuzzy set theory, an evaluation method based on therough set and dynamic fuzzy dependence relation was proposed, the method can reduce superfluousevaluate indicators and evaluate the important indicators. By analyzing the evaluation result, we canknow whether or not the M&A of the listed company is successful and how to promote itself. Throughthe test of specific data set, it shows that the proposed evaluation method is feasible and efficient.
