El objetivo de este trabajo es doble: por una parte, se analiza el origen histórico y la función económica actual de las sociedades cooperativas y, por otra, se realiza un estudio crítico de su normativa aplicable, con el objeto de determinar las bases de su futura legislación. / This paper has dual objertives: it aims to analyse the historical origin and current economic purpose of cooperative companies while also making a critical study of applicable regulations with a view to defining the bases of future legislation.
