Magnetoresistive and Magnetooptical Properties Nanosize Film Systems Based on Fe and AuKeywords: Nanoparticles synthesis , Nanoparticles study , Controlled properties , Producing processes , Complex structure Abstract: The results of research magnetoresistive and magnetooptical properties of nanosize film systems based on Fe and Au are presented. It was shown that the value of magnetoresistance and magnetooptical properties depends on phase state of systems, concentration of Fe atoms and annealing temperature.
