Quick DiagnosisKeywords: Urachus , mucinous adenocarcinoma Abstract: Lesions related to the urachus are rare; rarer still are carcinomas that develop therein. In this report we describe a case of a primary mucinous adenocarcinoma of the urachus. We provide a review of the literature pertaining to the epidemiology, clinical presentation, management and suggested follow-up of such lesions. This case serves a unique glimpse into the potential spectrum of disease that may occur in the natural history of an embryological remnant.
