Ecological features of ligule invasion of bream and roach in the Volga-Caspian region

The results of long-term studies (2007–2011) of ecological features of ligule invasion of young roach and bream in the Volga-Caspian region are generalized. The species belonging of ligules and their hosts and the level of fish contamination are defined; the postmortem changes in the body of diseased fish are identified.
