ANALYSIS OF RUSSIAN RENT POLICY IN THE SCOPE OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL’S EFFICIENCY/АНАЛИЗ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ РЕНТНОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ РОССИИ В СФЕРЕ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ИНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПИТАЛА

The article analyzes the problems and contradictions of modern Russian rent policy in the scope of intellectual capital using. Methodological approaches to the country rent policy’s efficiency evaluating are developed. Author proposes the method of calculation of rent policy’s final integral institute index evaluation in this scope.
