RISK INDICATORS ANALYSIS IN UTERIN CERVIX LESIONSAbstract: This study intends to establish the role of reproductive health services in cervical cancer prophylaxis;possibilities of assessing the preinvasive lesions of the cervix, by comparing the counties of Ia i and Buz u; the role ofthe cytological smear in detecting preinvasive lesions; following and highlighting the epidemiologic characteristics of thepreinvasive lesions of the cervix and assessing some prognostic factors. The study was performed in the period of timebetween 2005 and 2011, on a number of 16732 women who came for a speciality consult to different clinics of obstetrics-gynaecology in Ia i and Buz u. If you compare the geographical areas, there are significantly less patients in Ia i havingbenign cell changes and LSIL, while in Buz u there are significantly more patients with a normal smear. However, we donotice a higher frequency of atypical squamous cells with undetermined significance (p<0,001). The analysis of theresults obtained from the present study highlight a similar profile, according to the geographical areas, of the patient withpre-neoplasic lesions of the cervix, when compared with those with neoplasic lesions, except for the more reduced debutage and the bigger number of sexual partners.
