The research study of some biochemical aspects in subjects with plasmocytoma

This paper presents several biochemical aspects of patients with plasmacytoma. The biochemical investigations have aimed at the way in which the disease develops under the aspect of the changes in a negative way of some biochemical parameters specific to this disease. These investigations have revealed several values of some indicators, values that express the changes in the normal blood range whose result is represented by some disorders in the blood colloidal structure. The results of the analyses, in accordance with those from the specialized literature, show that the changes in blood indicators may occur as a result of the influence of various factors which negatively modify the patients health. A study in changes of some biochemical parameters have been made on 32 patients suffering from plasmacytoma in “Elena Beldiman” Municipal Emergency Hospital Barlad, between 2001-2010.
