EL íNDICE DE APORTE GENERAL DE UNA ORGANIZACIóN EMPRESARIAL A LA SOCIEDAD / THE INDEX OF GENERAL CONTRIBUTION OF AN ORGANIZATION TO THE SOCIETY

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar el incremento en el nivel de aportes a la sociedad, como meta estratégica esencial de toda empresa, entendiendo por tal, no solo el aporte financiero, sino todo un conjunto de resultados internos y de impacto en la sociedad que contribuyen a mejorar la calidad de vida del pueblo. Se utiliza como base metodológica el procedimiento elaborado por el autor para desarrollar y aplicar la Metodología para la Evaluación Integral de Empresas. Se parte del enfoque de sistemas para abordar a las organizaciones empresariales, y de la importancia que se le atribuye actualmente a la gestión del conocimiento, para hacer la propuesta de un índice que permite evaluar el nivel de aportes de una organización a la sociedad.AbstractThe objective of this paper is to analyze the increment in the level of contributions of an organization to the society, as an essential strategic goal, considering that such contributions are comprised of both the financial contribution, and an entire group of internal results and those which have an impact on society, that contribute to improve the people′s quality of life. The elaborated procedure is used as a methodological base in order to develop and implement the Methodology for the Integral Evaluation of Companies. Based on the system approach applied to organizations and on the importance that is currently attributed to the knowledge management, it is made a proposal that allows the assessment of the level of contributions of an organization to the society.
