DIAGNóSTICO INTEGRADO EN TIENDAS TURíSTICAS / INTEGRATED DIAGNOSIS IN TOURIST SHOPS

El presente trabajo es el resultado de un estudio realizado en Sucursal Comercial Caracol Varadero Centro, en el cual se aborda como tema la integración de sistemas normalizados de gestión. Específicamente se recoge y presenta la metodología elaborada y utilizada para la realización de un diagnóstico integrado de la calidad, ambiental y la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en tiendas turísticas, así como sus resultados. Se utilizaron varias herramientas, entre las fundamentales se encuentran: muestreo, encuestas, entrevistas, método de expertos y diagrama causa-efecto. Abstract This present investigation is a study carried out at the Caracol Varadero Centro Commercial Subsidiary, whose subject was the managerial normalized integration systems. It specifically comprises and presents the methodology elaborated and used for the creation of an integrated diagnosis of the quality, environmental and job security and health management systems in tourist shops, as well as its results. For that, it was necessary the use of some tools, such as: sampling, surveys, experts′ methods and cause-effect diagram.
