Cultura de educa o inclusiva: a educa o especial e os processos formativos de professores

A presente pesquisa do tipo bibliográfica tem como objetivo discutir as peculiaridades dos processos formativos de professores de educa o especial por meio de uma cultura educacional inclusiva. Constatou-se que existem especificidades que marcam a forma o do professor de educa o especial advindas do contexto educacional histórico marcado pela Política Nacional na Perspectiva Inclusiva. Tal perspectiva formativa sugere a existência de outros fatores que influenciaram e influenciam a educa o especial e o professor que nela atua. Dentre os fatores associados a esse processo, está a cultura de educa o inclusiva que se define como marco da forma o do professor de educa o especial. Conclui-se que para além de uma proposta desafiadora na forma o do professor de educa o especial, devem ser focalizadas quest es da legisla o e de uma política pública de forma o geral que atenda as necessidades educacionais dos alunos. Abstract The article presents a bibliography research. Its objective is to discuss the formative processes particularities of especial educational teacher by an inclusive educational culture. It was found that exist specifities that mark the formation of special educational teacher. The sespecificities are origin of historical educational context mark by National Policy on Inclusive Perspective. This perspective suggest the existence of other factor that influenced and do influence the special education and the teachers in this area. Among the factors associated to this process are: sociocultural variants, initial formation and the continuous formation. It’s concluded that not just a challenging proposal in the formation of special educational teacher is enough to effectively attend the student’s educational needs, it’s necessary to focus in the special educational‘s laws and the development of public policies of general formation.
