Forma o docente para a educa o especial na perspectiva inclusiva: o papel das experiências pedagógicas nesse processo

Este artigo foi escrito com base em estudos bibliográficos, vivências e constata es de pesquisas realizadas em nível de gradua o e pós-gradua o, as quais denunciaram que a forma o docente para a educa o especial na perspectiva inclusiva é essencial, mas sua realiza o por meio de palestras, seminários, encontros e outros eventos semelhantes, se mostra ineficaz. Sendo assim, para que os processos de forma o de professores realmente construam alternativas e conhecimentos que colaborem para o trabalho diante das realidades educacionais especiais inclusivas, pensa-se fundamental que ocorram no ambiente escolar, e que as experiências pedagógicas docentes sejam motivadoras das reflex es e discuss es estabelecidas nestes espa os. Desse modo, acredita-se que as ideias de John Dewey (1971, 1979, 2003) referente à experiência educativa n o se aplicam somente aos processos de forma o dos alunos no contexto escolar, mas podem ser aplicadas também ao processo de forma o docente, principalmente para educa o especial na perspectiva inclusiva. Abstract This article was written based on bibliographic studies, experiences and findings of research made at undergraduate and postgraduate studies, which reported that teacher training for special education in inclusive perspective is essential, but its realization through lectures, seminars, meetings and other similar events, is proving ineffective. Thus, in order to change this reality, one essential suggestion is that these studies that collaborate with the special education in the inclusive perspective start to occur inside the school and the teacher’s pedagogical experiences can motivate teachers’ reflections and discussions in the school environment . This way, ideas for John Dewey (1971, 1979, 2003) related to the educative experience can be applied both to the process of students training in the school context and to the process of teacher’s training, mainly towards the special education in the inclusive perspective.
