Gêneros textuais e a matemática: uma articula o possível no contexto da sala de aula

O artigo se refere a uma pesquisa que buscou investigar como os conhecimentos matemáticos — explorados em um contexto de leitura e produ o escrita em situa es de jogo, na perspectiva da resolu o de problemas — s o mobilizados e (re)significados por alunos de um 5o ano do Ensino Fundamental. Em um ambiente de leitura, escrita e resolu o de problemas de jogo, os alunos apropriam-se da linguagem e dos conceitos matemáticos, quando elucidados através de um contexto de investiga es, em que a inferência, o dialogismo e a rela o leitor-autor ajudam a constituir e a desenvolver cada sujeito que, enquanto escreve, lê e comunica, (re)significa o conhecimento matemático. Abstract The article refers to research that investigates how mathematical knowledge - explored in the context of reading and writing in game situations from the perspective of problem solving - are mobilized and (re) signified by students from a 5 grade of elementary school. In a reading, writing and problem-solving environment with games, students make use of mathematical language and concepts, when they are elucidated through an investigation context, in which inference, dialogism and the reader-author relationship help constitute and develop every individual who reads, communicates and (re)signifies mathematical knowledge while writing.
