GROUPOIDS AND UNIFORMITIES ASSOCIATED TO IRREVERSIBLE DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS

The purpose of this paper is to introduce a groupoid associated to a dynamical system. We find thisgroupoid to be adequate for study of the dynamical system via computer visualization. The principalinnovation in our approach to classical ([4] and [7]) is the use of a uniform structure on phase space whichinduce a non-Hausdorff topology.
